2. Services
Portico Executive Search LTD provides executive recruitment and headhunting services for clients across industries worldwide. Our services may include, but are not limited to:
Candidate sourcing and screening
Executive search and selection
Employer branding consulting
Talent advisory services
All services are subject to written agreement or contract and may vary on a per-client basis.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information about their company and recruitment needs
Comply with applicable employment laws in their jurisdiction
Not solicit or hire candidates introduced by us except under the agreed terms
4. Fees and Payment
Our fees are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of VAT (if applicable). Payment terms are as agreed in writing and are generally due within [e.g. 14 or 30] days of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the UK’s Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Candidate Introductions
All candidate profiles, CVs, and other personal data shared by us are confidential and intended solely for the client’s internal use. Any introduction of a candidate shall remain valid for [e.g. 12 months] from the date of introduction.
Should a client directly or indirectly engage a candidate introduced by us within this time, our full fee will be due.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
We are committed to handling personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws (including the UK GDPR). For details on how we collect, store, and process data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Clients are also expected to comply with relevant data protection laws when handling candidate information we share.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, images, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Portico Executive Search and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our services and the suitability of candidates, but we do not guarantee employment outcomes or performance. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service or client relationship if there is a breach of these Terms, unethical conduct, or non-payment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
