Real Estate Analyst (London)
Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing player in the serviced accommodation and corporate housing market. With ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to help drive their property acquisition strategy across London and the broader EMEA region.
The Opportunity
This junior-level role blends market research, financial analysis and business development, offering the chance to work closely with senior leadership on sourcing, evaluating and presenting new property opportunities.
The position provides excellent exposure to the full acquisition lifecycle, from initial research to deal execution, in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential property acquisition opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of developers, landlords, and agents through proactive outreach.
Analyse opportunities using financial models and feasibility studies to assess commercial viability.
Prepare investment materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Support due diligence, transaction management, and handover to operational teams.
Track and report on deal flow, market trends, and portfolio performance.
Candidate Profile
1–3 years’ experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or another analytical field.
Strong Excel-based financial modelling skills.
Ability to build relationships with external partners and internal teams.
Familiarity with CRM systems and technology tools for research and sourcing.
Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation, or build-to-rent is beneficial.
Compensation
£40,000-45,000
